She shows this through the language on her website. She uses a friendly, straightforward, and methodical tone of voice (perfect for her career as a formulator).
To contrast, I made this Spec web copy, if Flora & Curl used more reserved branding. When I browse For Strange Women (FSW), I’m reminded of a regal house cat: aloof, independent, and elegant.
I reworked Flora’s quiz CTA and Welcome paragraph, to take on FSW’s tone. Like it tumbled down a rabbit hole and emerged, dazed and blinking, in their enchanted world…
